Eight steps how to improve your mood!

In this article I will tell you how to improve your mood and how to make your life brighter and happier!

1. Surround yourself with happy people. If you have only one positive friend you increase your cnahces to become happy on 25%.
2. Move! Any sport activities will improve your mood and will give you a lot of positive energy.
3. Surround yourself with bright colors. Wear bright clothes. Use orange, yellow, red or blue colors.
4. Refuse watching TV-set. TV is the biggest resource of negative emotions.
5. Eat positive fruits such as bananas and oranges.
6. Remember nice moments of your life! Usually they are some trips, moments from your childhood.
7. Make a nice thing. By doing this you will improve not only your mood, but also mood of your friends, relatives or beloved one!
8. Look at things like a child. Probably its the most important! Sometimes we forget about small things that can make us happier such as sunny morning, nice movie or pleasant smile)
